Year 13 students from Cicia Island visit TLTB

The iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) had the pleasure of hosting a group of Year 13 students and their teachers from Cicia High School, who traveled from the picturesque and ecologically pristine island of Cicia in the Lau Group. The students and educators were welcomed with a comprehensive presentation on the history and functions of the TLTB, delivered by the Reserves Commissioner.

The session was enriched by the participation of several key TLTB staff members who are originally from Cicia. These included Acting Manager of Finance Waisea Delai, IT Coordinator Qaranivalu Lutubula, and GIS Coordinator Isireli Buwawa. Each staff member shared insights into their respective roles and the diverse career opportunities within the TLTB, providing valuable guidance and inspiration for the students’ future career paths.
