The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while interacting with internal and external customers in a professional manner to promote the image of iTaukei Land Trust Board. The incumbent has an excellent understanding of the role, knowledgeable in handling TLTB land management services or general enquiries and maintains best in class customer service delivery at all times.

Minimum
Qualifications / Experience |
Degree in Land Management & Development , Real Estate, Land Use Planning, Geography and Tourism. |
Compensation: | Grade 5 of the TLTB salary scale on a three-year contract. |
