September 24, 2025For the month of August, the iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) has taken 164 arrears cases to court, with a total value of $483,789.38 in unpaid lease rent or arrears.
Here’s the regional breakdown:
Nadi (South-West Region): 12 cases | $34,347.69
Suva (Central Eastern Region): 19 cases | $336,168.37
Lautoka (North-Western Region): 102 cases | $68,261.03
Labasa (Northern Region): 31 cases | $45,012.29
TLTB urges all tenants to pay their lease rent on time. Failure to do so will result in legal action.
