The Estate Officer will manage an assigned geographical area and/or group of clients and deliver client services to landowners and tenants in accordance with agreed service standards and established delegations. The position reports to the Regional Manager South West and will be based in the South West Region in Nadi.

The position is based at the TLTB Office Nadi.

Job description:	Key Outcomes: Income: monthly collections target (budget) achieved or exceeded. Opportunities for iTaukei Land use within the geographical/specialized area identified. Relevant cases undertaken and provision of individual case advice as required in accordance with established delegations and perceived risk. Accurate and timely submission of plans, work schedule, budgets, reports, and forecasts. Negotiation and consultation skills demonstrated. Monitor progress of work to provide the level of efficiency required for the satisfaction of customers. Driving skills.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience	Degree in Land Management & Development/ Real Estate/ Land use/ Planning/ Tourism/ Resource Management/ Geography or equivalent is preferred. 5 years of highly relevant experience.
Compensation:	Grade 7 of the TLTB salary scale on an open contract.
