VACANCY 46/2026 – Reserves Officer II (Suva)

• Individual reservation and dereservation cases undertaken in accordance with TLTA, established delegations and agreed service standards and workloads.
• Board recommendations prepared and and compiled for Executive Management approval for submission to the Board.
• Prompt attendance to assigned Complaint Management System (CMS) cases ensured.
• TLTB represented locally at appropriate forums as delegated and required by the Commissioner of Reserves.
• Efficient work practices contributed by active participation in teamwork, sharing of information and proposing improvements.
• Adherence and compliance to OHS policies and procedures.
• Identification of people and organization risks in your area of responsibilities assisted and maintained
• Mitigation strategies in place and as appropriate, action taken to minimize any actual or potential impact ensured.
• Quality customer service to TLTB’s external clients and internal clients ensured.
• Customer needs recognized and addressed in a professional manner accurately.
• Professional and ethical standards sustained
• Integrity and confidentiality of information maintained

• Degree in Land Management/Environmental Science/Natural Resource Management or related field. 3-4 years relevant experience.

• Grade 5 of the TLTB salary scale on an open contract.
