An agreement was signed by TLTB with each surveying consultants and restrict all survey works at TLTB with specific requirements for:
- Cadastral survey works for all un-surveyed leases;
- A Registered Surveyor within their company to supervise the work or conduct the survey himself/herself as required under the Surveyors Act.
TLTB will charge the surveying cost as part of the lease offer and then disburse the same to respective supplier(s).
Survey works include land scheme plans and survey instructions related to new lease, lease boundary redefinition, iTaukei Land & Fisheries Commission (TLFC) common boundary redefinition with freehold or state land subject to TLFC endorsement and land acquisition.
Other land surveyors can join our panel by entering into such agreement with TLTB.
