Ethical Compliance Officer (Re-Advertised) The role will ensure that TLTB is conducting its business in full compliance with all relevant national and international laws and regulations as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards.
Land Use Planner The successful applicant will provide the necessary planning and technical supporting services to assist the Senior Land Use Planner (SLUP) in long range planning, environmental analysis, spatial analysis through the use of GIS tool for modelling and visualisation, and in the timely and efficient processing of development applications on iTaukei Land such as rezoning and subdivision that are in consistent with relevant planning laws and regulations in Fiji.
Assistant Land Use Planner The successful applicant will support the Senior Land Use Planner (SLUP) and Land Use Planner (LUP) in fulfilling the Land Development Vetting Committee requirements in assessing subdivision and rezoning applications and providing recommendations to the approving Agencies.
Assistant Accountant Trust The Assistant Accountant Trust assists the Accountant Landowners Affairs and the accounting activities of the Trust section.
Librarian The successful applicant will ensure the effective administration of the iTaukei Land Trust Board’s Resource Centre; which provides quality information in a conducive environment.
Accountant Landowner Affairs The successful applicant will report to the Senior Accountant and will be required to plan and manage the general accounting activities and financial results for the Trust Section of the Financial Services Department.
Hardware & Network Administrator I The Hardware and Network Administrator I is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the strategic hardware
and network architecture for all hardware and network components to ensure the stable operation of the TLTB’s IT assets.
Senior Landowners Affairs Officer The position will supervise the activities of the Landowners Affairs Officers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to landowners and tenants. Manage, and where applicable, undertake cases in accordance with established delegations from the Manager Landowners Affairs and Executive Management in accordance with agreed service standards and perceived risk.
Senior Internal Auditor (Re-Advertised) The successful applicant will play a critical role in delivering the organization’s strategic objectives by championing best practice in governance, objectively assessing the adequacy of governance and management of existing risks, commenting on responses to emerging risks and proposed developments and giving an objective and evidence based opinion on all aspects of governance, risk management and internal control.

An opportunity exists within the Board for results-oriented and dynamic individuals to be part of our Graduate Talent Programme in the following specific areas:
  • Land Management and Land Use Planning
  • Urban and Regional Planning
  • Land Management and Accounting
  • Land Management and Economics
  • Geospatial Science (Developer Stream)
  • Project Management
Graduates will be trained to gain experience on the job before they are absorbed into permanent positions within the organization as these positions become available. The graduate talent program will also involve cross-disciplinary trainings and exposure to various aspects of the business to enhance the graduate trainee’s skills for a successful career within the organization.
Four (4) successful candidates will be provided with opportunities to embark on an intensive learning journey. Trainees recruited for the programme will receive both mentorship by Senior Management leaders in the organization and on-the-job training in whatever area they are placed within the Board. Individuals appointed to the above position shall be based at any of our regions in Fiji for the whole or part of the contract. Candidates must be flexible to be posted to any of the TLTB offices in Fiji.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
If you meet the following criteria, we would like to hear from you:
  • A fresh University Graduate with a degree and a GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Possesses a positive, can-do attitude with the drive and willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical, innovative and decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interact with the other employees in the company and learn new things.
  • Excellent ability to analyze and observe the functioning of various departments.
  • Good management ability to manage time and coordinate it such that maximum can be learnt within the short stint in the company.
  • A team player with the ability to foster good working relationships with peers.
