Assistant Valuer The Assistant Valuer will monitor, provide advice on sales, premium and rent analysis, consolidating in reviewing premium and rent rates for new leases, renewals, rent reassessments, consolidating and analyze mortgagee dealings, transfer, royalties, populating databases and accessible to all staff.
Land Economist & Policy Analyst The Land Economist & Policy Analyst will provide services in real estate management, land valuations, real estate projects appraisals, market analysis of the land development and real estate sectors. The position is responsible for appraising iTaukei real properties on a regular basis to determine Fair Market Value including property valuation, property tax administration, or property tax policy. 
Land Use Planner The Land Use Planner will provide the necessary planning and technical supporting services to assist the Senior Land Use Planner in long range planning, environmental analysis, spatial analysis through the use of GIS tool for modeling and visualization, and in the timely and efficient processing of development applications on iTaukei Land such as rezoning and subdivision that are in consistent with relevant planning laws and regulations in Fiji.
SENIOR SURVEYOR TLTB invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of a Senior Surveyor. The Senior Surveyor will work with the Land Services team (which contains other relevant skilled personnel in the field of land use planning, environment, valuation, marketing, and land available) to identify parcels of iTaukei land that can be developed, with scheme plan and survey plan approved by relevant stakeholders. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the overall planning, and boundary identification and surveying monthly targets are met through quick responses and defined survey procedure to relevant stakeholders and TLTB development/project sites.
