The successful candidate will undertake and assist with the delivery of client services to an assigned geographical area and/or group of clients in accordance with agreed service standards and established delegations. Individuals appointed to the above position shall be based at any of our regions in Fiji for the whole or part of the contract. Candidates must be flexible to be posted to any of the TLTB’s office in Fiji.
The Assistant Valuer will monitor, provide advice on sales, premium and rent analysis, consolidating in reviewing premium and rent rates for new leases, renewals, rent reassessments, consolidating and analyze mortgagee dealings, transfer, royalties, populating databases and accessible to all staff.
