The Reserve Officer I will plan, direct and control the functions and maintain efficiency and effectives of the Department. The incumbent monitors and ensures that weekly and monthly targets of the Department are efficiently achieved. The role operates with a high level of independence and is expected to initiate and implement work procedures with minimum supervision. This position reports directly to the Senior Reserves Officer and to the Reserves Commissioner.

Degree in Land Management or equivalent with 3 years of highly relevant experience. |
| Compensation: | Grade 6 of the TLTB salary scale on an open contract. |
