VACANCY 19 / 2026 – Personal Assistant (Suva)

• Provide personal assistant services to the Manager Legal, including screening calls, preparing documents, organizing appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Ensure timely research and maintain accurate reporting systems, procedures, and controls to support the Manager’s decision-making.
• Maintain confidential records and filing systems for easy retrieval and assist with project management through liaison with line managers.
• Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment while delivering quality customer service to internal and external clients.
• Uphold TLTB’s image and values by maintaining integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and a safe, healthy, and motivated workplace.
• Commit to continuous learning and development to enhance personal skills and knowledge base.

• Degree in Public Administration or similar is preferred. 3 years relevant experience.

• Grade 4 of the TLTB salary scale on a open contract
