The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the Board including TLTB’s New Business Initiatives. This role includes administering financial planning, risk management, property management and strategic decision-making to ensure the Board’s financial health and growth. The responsibilities encompass managing the financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, investment management, and compliance. Additionally, the CFO provides leadership and direction to the finance teams and communicates financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including the board of Trustees and investors.

Job description:	Key Outcomes: Develop and implement the financial strategy to support the organization’s growth objectives. Coordinate, analyse, and report on the financial performance to management and the Board of Trustees regarding financial performance, projects, and other special projects as required. Ensure the preparation of short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for internal management and external parties. Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning to optimize financial performance. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting. Conduct Financial planning and analysis for tracking cash flow, financial planning, and analysing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses. Coordinate audits and ensure timely completion of all financial audits. Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and this includes preparing financial statements that comply with regulatory standards and providing insights into the company’s financial performance Build a high-performing finance organization by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development of the team. Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to the executive team. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Lead the dissemination, understanding, and delivery of customer-centric services with internal and external customers. Ensure customer/stakeholder concerns and complaints are addressed professionally meeting customer expectations.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience	Master of Business Administration is desirable. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commercial or related field or CPA is preferred. Significant experience of 10 years in a similar senior management role, preferably as a CFO or equivalent.
Compensation:	Grade 10 of the TLTB salary scale on a three-year contract
