On, 27th November 2023, marks a small step for TLTB management and TLTBEA Executives but giant leap for staff the culmination of programs to our people in terms of job security and looking after the welfare, in our collective efforts to serve our beneficiaries diligently and better.
Recently, the Board has endorsed the retirement age to 60 years, open contract for level 7 and below and staff insurance covering for out- patients, dental, optical and overseas trips. These are testimonies of the Board to look after its staff and we are thankful to them.
On behalf of the Board, the Interim CEO – Mr Solomoni Nata has signed the revised terms and condition of employments with the TLTBEA executives, after a span of 17 years, with great commitment and pleasure
This is just the beginning and look forward to work with the TLTBEA in furthering the causes of the landowners and excelling services to our entire customers
The Interim CEO’s expectation of the association is to provide able and competent leadership to the members to grow as a decent person and a professional individual geared to take up key positions at TLTB and fulfill TLTB statutory mandates in years to come.
TLTBEA is a reservoir of competencies to supply human capital to TLTB as an organization and agent of change for the better. It must harness staff attitude and mindset ready to serve and passionate about their roles. It must be honest, truthful and consider the bigger picture on what’s’ best for TLTB. It must not be used as a tool of narrow minded and selfish agendas.
The landowners best interest must be paramount always
Management will provide training for its executives to ensure that they are in par with modern practices whether in leadership, strategic planning, human capital, finance, land management, climate change and environment, etc. in recognition of the vital roles they play as leaders.
