TLTB launch new uniform at the Ratu Sukuna Day March Parade in Suva
The iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) proudly launched its new uniforms with its new corporate logo at the Ratu Sukuna Day March Parade in Suva last Friday. 🎉
This event was part of a momentous occasion celebrating the life of Fiji’s renowned statesman, Ratu Josefa Lalabalavu Vanayaliyali Sukuna, from 27-31 May 2024. The five-day celebration was a time for us to honour and remember the legacy of Ratu Sir Lala Sukuna who was the brain behind the formation of the iTaukei Land Trust Board in 1940.
As part of the national celebrations, TLTB hosted several internal competitions, including a Quiz Competition, Oratory Contest, Storyboard Display Competition, Kalavata Competition, and a Singing Competition. 🎤🏆
The festivities culminated in a grand National March, starting from the Suva Flea Market and concluding at Albert Park, where a formal remembrance ceremony took place led by the Hon. Prime Minister. 🕊️
At Albert Park, we set up an information booth to showcase the services we offer, including the leasing of iTaukei land and the various forms of assistance provided by the Board to landowners.
Students and members of the public took the opportunity to browse and learn from our dedicated team.
