The iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Epeli Ravula as General Manager Corporate Services and Mr. Tawake Tuitokatuadua as Interim Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening the organization’s Executive Management Team and its commitment to delivering value for iTaukei landowners and stakeholders.
CEO Mr Solomoni Nata, announced the appointment of Mr. Epeli Ravula as General Manager Corporate Services, effective from Monday 3rd August 2026, for a three-year term.
Mr. Ravula brings more than two decades of dedicated service to TLTB, having built an extensive career across several key leadership positions within the organization. Prior to his appointment, he served as Acting General Manager Corporate Services from November 2024 to August 2026, where he provided strategic leadership across corporate services functions and contributed significantly to the Board’s transformation and operational priorities.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ravula has held senior roles including Manager Information Technology and Special Projects and Manager Information Technology. His broad experience spans corporate services, information technology, governance, and strategic administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma for General Managers, a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computing Science.
TLTB also welcomes Mr. Tawake Tuitokatuadua as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective from Monday, 7th September 2026.
Mr. Tuitokatuadua is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Financial Management and Management and Public Administration from the University of the South Pacific and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).
Prior to joining TLTB, Mr. Tuitokatuadua served as Chief Financial Officer of Solomon Telekom Company Limited and its subsidiaries for five years and most recently worked as a Country Head for Thirdroc Finance Limited, providing strategic financial and governance advisory services. His wealth of experience and leadership capabilities will support TLTB’s continued focus on sound financial stewardship and organizational growth.
Mr Nata congratulated both executives on their appointments and expressed confidence in their ability to contribute to the organization’s strategic direction.

TLTB is the statutory body responsible for the administration of iTaukei land on behalf of its landowning units. TLTB works to ensure the sustainable management, development, and utilization of iTaukei land while maximizing benefits for landowners and supporting national economic growth.
