Lending Officer (Qelemaroroi Holdings Pte. Limited)

• Meet with potential clients to discuss their financial needs and lending possibilities.
• Assess the credit status of clients and their ability to repay loans.
• Focuses on providing personalized advice and guidance to clients throughout the loan process.
• Builds long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Explain various loan terms, interest rates, and payment schedules to clients.
• Receive applications and conduct inspection and business feasibility study to assess the creditworthiness of the applicant.
• Report recommendation submitted for vetting
• Liaise with applicant on the Mortgage document.
• Assist clients with understanding different loan options and choose the best one based on their financial situation.
• Assists clients with completing loan applications and gathering necessary information.
• Advice clients on the most suitable loan options based on their financial status and needs.
• Assist clients with the completion of loan applications and gather necessary documentation.
• Monitoring the applicant business progress and submit report acquittals.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, client interactions, and repayment schedules.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments.
• Ensure all lending practices comply with relevant laws and regulations is crucial
• Work closely with underwriters and loan processors to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

• Assist the Finance Officer and Legal Officer on the arrears process.
• Continue to update knowledge on lending procedures, regulations and market trends.
• Continue to upskill through learning and development.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in loan consultancy, sales, client services, or banking. Proficiency in loan servicing software. Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and lender requirements.

• Grade 7 of the TLTB salary scale on an open contract
