TLTB REMINDS TENANTS TO COMPLY WITH LEASE CONDITIONS AND MAKE GOOD THEIR TITLES AT ALL TIMES
July 6, 2026The iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB), through its Landowners Empowerment Division, successfully conducted a Landowners Empowerment Workshop for the Province of Cakaudrove in partnership with the Ministry of Finance, Commerce and Business Development.
Held under the theme “Unlocking Landowners’ Potential through Partnership and Development Support,” the workshop brought together representatives from 13 landowning units in the Tikina of Nasavusavu, Wailevu, Navatu, and Naweni, all of whom have completed the Planning Framework Training.
Facilitated by the Northern Divisional Manager for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the workshop focused on key areas including:
– Business Management and Monitoring
– MSME Grant Opportunities
– Northern Development Programme Grants
– Access to Government Support Services
The workshop is part of TLTB’s ongoing commitment to empowering landowners through knowledge, strategic partnerships, and access to development opportunities.
By strengthening collaboration between TLTB, the MSME Department, and other government agencies, landowners are better positioned to transform their development plans into sustainable and practical projects that will benefit both present and future generations.
Together, we are building stronger communities and creating pathways for long-term economic growth and self-sufficiency for our landowners.
